Ingredients:

  • Pea Protein – help repair muscles, promote satiety, and sustain energy throughout the day
  • Hemp Powder – supports muscle repair and heart health, and aids in maintaining healthy digestion.
  • Spirulina – aids in detoxification, promotes muscle recovery, and supports sustained energy levels
  • Moringa – supports metabolism and digestion, helping to balance weight and provide sustained energy
  • Blueberry Powder – rich in antioxidants; promotes gut health and contributes to radiant skin and strong immunity

Recipes:

Simple Drink - add 1 scoop of Shape to 300ml of coconut water or nut milk. 

Tropical Smoothie - blend 1 scoop of Shape, 1 cup of baby spinach, a handful of fresh mint, 1 stick of celery, ½ large grapefruit, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, ¼ large avocado, and a dash of ground cayenne pepper (optional). 

Strawberry Smoothie - blend 1 scoop of Shape, a handful of spinach or kale, ¼ cup of fresh parsley, ½ cup of frozen strawberries, 1 peeled lemon, and ¼ cucumber sliced. 

Berry Smoothie Bowl - blend 1 scoop of Shape, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk, 3 tbsp of plain yogurt (we recommend coconut), and ice.  Top with fresh fruit, granola, hemp hearts or chia seeds.

Power Ball - mix 1 scoop of Shape, 60g ground almonds, cashews or walnuts, 60g dates,  and 1 tsp of almond butter. Roll into  balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
