Ingredients:
- Carrot Powder – Rich in antioxidants; supports skin and eye health
- Turmeric – Anti-inflammatory and calming for the nervous system

Recipes:
Sleep Shot - add 1 scoop of Sleep to 120ml of water.
Sleep Latte - heat up a mug of nut milk, oat milk or water in a pan for three minutes. Add 1 scoop of Sleep.
Sleepy Cherry Smoothie - blend 1 handful of fresh or frozen cherries, ½ a cup of plain coconut yogurt, ½ tsp of vanilla essence, 1 tsp of honey, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of Sleep.
Banana & Nutmeg Smoothie - blend 1 banana, 1½ cups of almond milk, ¼ tbsp of nutmeg, 2 tbsp of honey, and 1 scoop of Sleep.
Almond & Flaxseed Smoothie - blend 2 tsp of almond butter, 1 banana, 2 tbsp of flaxseeds, ½ cup of almond milk, 1 tsp of honey and 1 scoop of Sleep.
