Ingredients:

Recipes:

Strong Power Smoothie - blend ½ cup oats, 2 bananas, a handful of spinach, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, a handful of walnuts, ½ pint of almond or oat milk, 1 tsp cacao powder and 1 scoop of Strong.

Strong Power Protein Balls - blend 1 cup of pitted medjool dates, (soaked in water for 15 mins), 1 cup of raw almonds, 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil,  2 tsp raw cacao powder, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ cup almond butter and 1 
scoop of Strong.  Roll into balls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Power Overnight Oats - stir together ½ cup of oats, 2 bananas, 2 tsp almond butter, a handful of berries, ½ pint of almond or oat milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp flaxseeds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds and 1 scoop of Strong powder. Place in the fridge overnight.

Celery Juice - celery juice alone has multiple benefits for muscle and bone strength.  Juice 4 bunches of celery. Drink half a pint every morning with a scoop of Strong mixed in.
