Recipe Ideas:
🥤 Nutty Smoothie – Blend ½ cup oats, 2 bananas, a handful of spinach, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, a handful of walnuts, ½ pint almond or oat milk, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 1 scoop of Strong.
🍫 Chocolate Nut Balls – Blend 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (soaked 15 mins), 1 cup raw almonds, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 2 tsp raw cacao powder, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ cup almond butter, and 1 scoop of Strong. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
🥣 Overnight Oats – Mix ½ cup oats, 2 bananas, 2 tsp almond butter, a handful of berries, ½ pint almond or oat milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp flaxseeds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, and 1 scoop of Strong. Refrigerate overnight.
🥬 Celery Drink Mix – Juice 4 bunches of celery. Stir in 1 scoop of Strong for a plant-based flavor addition.
